No Refunds
All webinar registrations are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be allowed under any circumstances.
Missed Sessions
If you cannot attend the live webinar, you may still receive access to the recording (if provided) for a limited period.
Non-attendance does not qualify for any refund or adjustment.
Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate transactions, please contact us at [support email/phone] within 48 hours. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
Technical Issues
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and device compatibility. Elitek Digitals Pvt Ltd is not responsible for participant-side technical problems.
In the event of major technical disruption on the organizer’s side, alternate access (such as replay or backup session) will be provided. Refunds will still not be applicable.
Organizer Rights
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or postpone the webinar in exceptional cases (technical failures, emergencies). In such cases, your registration will be carried over to the new date. Refunds will not be provided.
